Refunds will only be issued to supporters who have experienced technical issues during the game relating to a fault of the provider which cannot be rectified.
If you choose not to watch a game for which you have purchased a pass, or if you do not report a technical issue to customer service during the game, then we will not be able to issue a refund.
Refunds will not be issued for supporters attempting to access via a VPN or using a mobile or tablet browser.
